  2. A.We have compiled and refined unlocking methods for various sources to guarantee you an unlocked iPhone. Please note that when purchasing an iPhone through us it will arrive to us factory sealed but will be opened for unlocking purposes only.


  1. Q.I already own an iPhone and want it Unlocked/Upgraded/Repaired how do i get my iPhone to you?

  2. A.Through the post. We receive your iPhones at a secure PO Box location. We suggest you send your iPhone with a tracking service such as express post or registered post to ensure it arrives safely. Also our turn around time is only a day plus postage time.


  1. Q.Which networks will unlocked iPhones work on?

  2. A.Unlocked iPhones will work on all GSM/EDGE networks including Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and Virgin Mobile as well as other third party providers with the exclusion of 3 Mobile.


  1. Q.Is there any warranty on purchases?

  2. A.The warranty supplied by Apple upon purchase of the iPhone is null and void when the iPhone is removed from its country of purchase. On top of this Apple have strictly stated that any software modification (such as unlocking) will result in the voiding of all warranty. No warranty is supplied.
